  Surface of high-carbon steel bead wire is coated with red copper or bronze. For tires with the same overall strength, reduction on the amount of used bead wire by improving strength of bead wire and fatigue resistance will result in decrease of tire’s weight, rolling resistance, energy consumption, and production cost. At the same time, high yield ratio of bead wire can reduce creep property of wire. Besides, bead wire is mainly used in tire edge as reinforcing skeleton materials and widely used in tire production owing to its high strength, good toughness, excellent fatigue performance, good linearity, and higher adhesion with rubber.

  
  

  The company has planned to produce bead wire 60,000 ton per year for domestic and foreign well-known tire enterprises like Double Happiness Tyre Industrial Co., Ltd, Shandong Hawk International Rubber Industry Co., Ltd, Shandong Hengyu Rubber Co., Ltd, and Weifang Yuelong Rubber Co., Ltd.
