Economic responsibility system is formulated and implemented at all levels. It effectively ensures that cleaner production and emission reduction are continuously improved.

Since the 11th Five-Year Plan, the company has invested more than 40 million yuan on environmental protection. At present, it has 5 industrial boilers with 100% of installation rate on boiler desulphurization and dust removal facilities and 100% of dust emission meeting with the discharged standard requirements; and 2 waste water treatment stations with total capacity of 3,000 ton per day, meeting company’s production wastewater discharging standard. Solid waste is collected centrally and handled by qualified units entrusted by the company in a harmless way.

Company’s new, reformed and expanded projects adhere to the implementation of environmental impact assessment and Three Simultaneities system. Construction projects are comprehensively reviewed and verified scientifically. Implementation of severely polluted projects is prohibited. So far, 100 of implementation rate of Three Simultaneities system on all new, reformed and expanded projects has been achieved. Generation of new pollution source is effectively controlled.
