Shandong SNTON Steel Cord Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as company) belongs to Shandong SNTON Group Corp. founded in 1987. As a national key high-tech enterprise and a strong, advanced state-level cluster, the SNTON Group is engaged in various industries, including steel cord, fine chemicals, machine manufacturing, electric equipment, architectural construction, and real estate development.
Since its establishment, the company has taken excellence, quality, credit and service as its foundational principle, devotion, harmony and innovation as its culture, and constant perfection and leading position in the industry as its objective, so as to provide customers with products and service of high quality.
The company has been approved by ISO9001, 14001, OHS18001 integrated management system certification standards in 2015, as well as TS16949 management system certification standards in 2008. SNTON was identified as Chinese well-known trademarks in 2013. The company has been authorized as domestic steel cord industry's only "China Suppliers", "Chinese Enterprise" and "Business Model of China Credit Enterprise certification system" after co-approved by national related bureaus.
Plant I
65,000 ton per year of steel cord, 60,000 ton per year of bead wire
It has been fully produced.
Plant II
125,000 ton per year of steel cord
It was put into practice in Sept, 2009 and has been fully produced in June, 2011.
Plant III
150,000 ton per year of steel cord and 60,000 ton per year of bead wire; it began into construction in Mar, 2013.
The construction of factory III has been fully completed in Dec, 2014
The company has developed advanced production technology and sophisticated technical equipment for the production of high quality steel cord products. The products are sold to customers all over the world, including Hangzhou Zhongce, SINOCHEM, Triangle, Linglong Tire and Bridgestone, Sumitomo, and Apollo, etc. Centering on the production of steel cord, SNTON Steel Cord., Ltd is committed to high quality and constant growth, and to become an excellent enterprise with strong comprehensive strength through self-innovation and high credibility.
